Powerful Personalized Pathway
Top Future Education’s key to advancing each and every student’s growth toward achieving their ultimate goals is focusing on nurturing and empowering their distinctive and unique talents, abilities, passions, interests, and goals.
In the first session that students have with us, our educational counselor and student psychologist will speak with them privately to understand their uniqueness, ranging from their special gifts and distinctive personal interests, both rare and common, to their academic, professional, and personal goals, and most significantly, the personal stories that have influenced them the most.
After gaining insight into students’ personal qualities, our consulting team will strategize and craft a personalized pathway for them, including an application theme and story, an extracurricular activity list (including a passion or “hook” project), essays, and more.

Detail-focused Agreement before Coaching
From 2025, Top Future Education will have every potential student’s family review our package descriptions, with a full explanation of what each package provides, and sign an agreement form before any payments are made or services are provided to ensure that everything is transparent. Our admin team will work hard to support families and explain every detail of the counseling packages to parents before they decide to work with us.
*When interested clients fill out the form to register for our services or schedule a call to learn more, we will send a detailed document explaining and demonstrating all services included in each package, in addition to the prices.

Student's Uniqueness Exploration and Personal Growth Guidance + Application Pathway Creation
The first step that Top Future Education takes when starting to counsel a student is to identify that student’s unique personal qualities, abilities, passions, interests, and stories, and make them the focus of their personal development during application preparation and presentation. This also helps us create a suitable application theme that aligns with the student’s goals, interests, strengths, and personality, benefiting the student not only in the college application process but also in their future academic and professional journey.
After discovering the student’s most unique qualities and stories and deciding on the application theme or focus, Top Future’s application strategist or the assigned main counselor will create a detailed application timeline and activity pathway, depending on when the student starts working with us. Our application strategist will provide step-by-step guidance on which activities to pursue, when the student needs to complete each activity, how the student should carry them out, and will check on their progress weekly.

Scheduled Counseling Meetings on the agreed basis of the package
The student's assigned main counselor/application strategist will schedule consultation and check-in meetings with students to check the student's performance progress and strategize the next steps. The frequency of counseling meetings depend on the package that the student registers for. In the counseling meetings, the counselor also gives advice on standardized testing, course selection, and teachers and classes to ask for letters of recommendation and what to tell your teachers to include in.

Extracurricular Activity and Passion Project Guidance
Every student will receive Top Future’s consultation on strategizing their extracurricular activity list to highlight their personal story and strengthen their unique qualities by selecting the most suitable and beneficial activities for them, with an optimal balance of time and effort.
If the student’s package includes extracurricular activity guidance, their extracurricular activity counselor will strategize the steps they should take to strengthen their activities, as well as check on their progress to flexibly plan the next steps.
If the student’s package includes passion project guidance, their extracurricular activity counselor will work with them to decide the theme, mission, and main actions of their passion project to empower their personal story. During the project’s execution, the counselor will advise on the next major steps to expand the project.

College Application List Selection
The student's assigned main counselor/application strategist will consult on creating the college application list for students to match their application themes, academic and professional pursuits, admission chances, characters, financial backgrounds, and interests. The college list will be planned in dream, target, and safety brackets,

Common App Filling In Guidance
Top Future’s counselors will guide students in completing the Common App from A–Z and provide tips, as well as help them strategize their phrasing when describing their extracurricular activities, honors, and additional information.

Essay Writing Guidance and Editing
Every student will be provided with either an online course or a class that teaches them how to format and write both personal statements and supplemental essays in detail before they begin writing.
The students’ main counselor or their assigned essay editor will work with them to brainstorm ideas for each essay they have to write.
All essays that students write will be reviewed and edited multiple times by their assigned essay editor before submission.

Interview Preparation Support
Depending on which packages the students choose, they will have a specialized interview coach to guide them through every possible interview question, brainstorm and plan answers, and train students on how to react to tricky and unexpected questions.
